ABOUT THIS PROJECT
Zenn@Skyview was developed by ZENN, the real estate development company responsible for site acquisition, design, construction, and operations. ZEN EB5 is the dedicated capital markets unit that raised EB-5 immigrant investor capital to help finance the project. The two entities share the same commitment to quality and execution, and together they represent a fully integrated approach to EB-5 real estate investment.

Zenn@Skyview is well into its operational phase. The first three phases are complete, 110 certificates of occupancy have been received, and six families are already living in the community. The remaining 40 units across the final two phases are progressing through construction and will complete the community in the coming months.
The numbers tell the story clearly. 15 leases were signed at the baseline rent rate in the very first month of operations, reflecting strong market demand for a well-located, well-built product. The project is projected to complete $3.5 million below its original budget. And with more than 400 jobs created to date, the project has exceeded its EB-5 employment obligations by a significant margin.
